    • If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items by reaching out to us at info@alzangstore.com within 14 days of when your order was received. 

      You will be given the returns address in an authorisation email after contacting us.

      • Item(s) must be in original packaging, unworn and unwashed.
      • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
      • You are responsible for all return shipping charges. We are not responsible for lost or stolen return packages - please send using a tracked shipping method.
      • Sale items are final sale - no returns or exchanges are allowed.

      We only offer a tracked service to ensure that your parcels arrives safely with you. Please allow one working day for us to process and ship your parcel. In the event that we receive the order on a Friday, your parcel will be sent the following Monday.
      Once your order has been placed you will receive an email receipt. If you have not received this email please contact us immediately. Once your order has been shipped you will be provided with a tracking number. This will enable you to check the progress of your package.

      We are not responsible for late shipments due to carrier delays. If your package is delayed we will not offer a reimbursement of shipping charges. We cannot be held responsible for undeliverable parcels and additional charges may apply if a delivery is returned to the shipper.

      We are not held responsible for any customs fees in your country, holding times or incorrect shipping information provided. All applicable customs fees, taxes and duties are he sole responsibility of the customer. Customs authorities require that we state the value of the order directly on your package. It is at the sole discretion of customs agents to release your package. 

      Please note that orders placed before 12/1/21 have been sent directly from our warehouse in China. Please allow 14-21 days to receive your parcel. We have since moved all production to the UK and are taking big steps to create a more eco and socially conscious manufacture process.
